Our Team

Desmond Whitt

Desmond has worked for the last 20 years with companies developing software solutions. Desmond's work experience includes traditional systems integration with life safety systems at Rohm & Haas (a specialty chemicals company), 4 years at PeopleSoft, and 6 years in Silicon Valley startups. At PeopleSoft, Desmond managed their technical services group in the Mid-West region and later managed the installation and upgrade group in the global support centre. The startups utilized Desmond's technical and organizational skills to deliver their first implementations. Desmond holds an MS in Engineering from the University of Louisville.


Anthony Bennett

Anthony has been the primary developer and designer of Big8Software's offerings since November of 2006. He is a graduate of the Florida State University, where he obtained a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics in 2004. In February of 2006, he completed the 3D Animation and Visual Effects program at the Vancouver Film School. He originally hails from Panamá and is an avid fan of Pixar, Studio Ghibli, and Aardman Animations.


Patrick Goonan

Patrick manages Business Development for Big8Software and is involved in many sales and marketing activities. He has worked for many large and well known companies such as Merck, Xerox, Oracle, VMware, and PeopleSoft. In addition to his background in business, Pat has also pursued graduate studies in psychology and has a thriving executive coaching and small business consulting practice. He speaks regularly across the SF Bay Area on a wide variety of subjects including stress management for executives. Among Pat's other accomplishments, he has attended Xerox International Center for Management Development and was chosen by his peers to receive the Team Xerox Award for embodying the values of the company culture in sales and marketing practices. David Hillstrom

David is the president of Infolane, Inc., a website and web application development company, based in Oakland, California. He has been a strategic partner for marketing and sales with Big8Software since May of 2006. He joined Infolane as vice president in 1995 and became president in 1998. He became Senior Vice President of Technology with e-agency in 2002. Before that, he spent 16 years in the banking industry, extending loans and lines of credit to companies involved in high technology, manufacturing, distribution, and services. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota in 1978 and an MBA degree from Santa Clara University in 1986. He lives in Oakland with his wife Nancy and three of their children, Ryan, Chad, and Megan. Their eldest son Michael lives with his wife Melody in Elk Grove, California.


Tomi Haryanto

Tomi joined Infolane in 2006. In 2005, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from San Francisco State University. Originally from Indonesia, he currently lives in San Francisco. At Infolane, Tomi is responsible for development and support of Infolane's library of interactive Web application modules. As part of the strategic partnership between Infolane and Big8Software, Tomi is also available to assist our team in a consulting function.


Sue Jenkins

Sue is a web and graphic designer, illustrator, teacher, and writer, as well as owner and creative director of Luckychair. Luckychair provides web and graphic design services to small and medium-sized businesses, non-profit organizations, consultants, writers, artists, and entrepreneurs across the U.S. Sue has over 10 years experience in design, has been a software instructor at Noble Desktop for 2 years teaching courses in Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and is a contributing writer of product reviews and technical articles on Dreamweaver and web design for the online e-zine, TechTrax. Sue has also written two well-received books for Wiley, Dreamweaver 8 All-in-One Desk Reference For Dummies and a new classroom-in-a-book titled Web Design: The L-Line, The Express Line to Learning, and is the instructor Class On Demand's new training DVD entitled, Dreamweaver for Designers.


Li Xian

Li Xian manages the China business operations for Big8Software. A lifetime resident of Beijing and having worked in the Chinese government and military for more than 25 years, Li Xian manages and coordinates all business functions within China.
